An apparatus for manufacturing a fermented food comprises a housing including an air inlet and an air outlet; a cover finishing the opened end of the housing; an ultrasonic unit formed on the cover; and an air conditioning device supplying air to the housing, wherein the ultrasonic unit is characterized by radiating ultrasonic wave inside the housing. Accordingly, bacteria rapidly grows, and enzyme activity is increased in solid fermentation of fermented food, thereby manufacturing of Koji having uniform and excellent quality is available within time same to an existing technology. |
