A power control method and a base station thereof are provided, in which the method includes that a base station determines a minimum power enhancement value of a cellular user according to the signal quality which is respectively reported from a D2D user and the cellular user, in which the minimum power enhancement value is obtained according to the principle that the communication signal quality of the cellular user and the communication signal quality of the D2D user are both higher than preset signal quality; the base station controls the power of the cellular users according to the minimum enhancement value when the base station determines that the minimum power enhancement value is smaller than the PH value. The implementation of the disclosure solves the problem that D2D will interfere with a base station and then affect the normal communication of cellular users when the D2D shares the cellular mobile upstream resources in a cellular mobile network with a D2D communication. |
