<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement optimum power consumption in an entire building and rational power distribution to each power consuming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A power distribution system comprises: a measurement apparatus for measuring power consumption; and an information processing server. The information processing server comprises: a setting part setting a target amount of the power consumption in a predetermined period; a measurement data acquisition part acquiring power consumption measurement data by the measurement apparatus; an accumulation amount calculation part calculating an accumulation amount of power consumption actually consumed by a non-prioritized apparatus from start time of the predetermined period to time at which the latest measurement is performed by the measurement apparatus, by aggregating the measurement data; and a processing execution part which obtains a difference between a set target amount of the power consumption of the non-prioritized apparatus and the calculated accumulation amount, and executes processing depending on the difference. The setting part sets a total target amount of power consumption to be consumed in an entire building in the predetermined period, and sets a target amount for each power consuming apparatus so that the sum of the target amounts of the respective power consuming apparatuses does not exceed the total target amount.
