FIELD: physics, video.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to panoramic television surveillance which is carried out by a television system through an all-round looking television camera in a region closer to a hemisphere, i.e., in a spatial angle of 360 degrees on the azimuth and tens of degrees on the elevation angle. The result is achieved due to that the television camera additionally includes an optical unit, series-connected clock-pulse selector and write and reset pulse former, series-connected video signal detector, sampling-storage unit and comparator, the set input of which is connected to threshold voltage and the output is connected to the control input of a switch, the first data input of which is connected to the output of a digital television signal of a first DTS sensor, the second data input of the switch is connected to the output of the digital television signal of a second DTS sensor, and the output of the switch is the "video" output of the television camera.EFFECT: automatic selection of the type of image (colour or black-and-white) depending on the time of day.10 cl, 16 dwg |
