Disclosed are a fluid circulating system and a method for monitoring the system. More specifically, disclosed are a fluid circulating system and a method for monitoring the system capable of improving the reliability of a blood flow related test by adjusting pressure similar to a human body condition and being utilized for the blood flow related test. A fluid circulating system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a line wherein a fluid circulates; a pump providing pressure to circulate the fluid to the line; and a pressure controlling unit capable of controlling the pressure of the fluid. A method for monitoring the fluid circulating system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a step of supplying the fluid to the line; a step of setting the pressure to be applied to the fluid; a step of applying purse pressure to the pump; a step of inputting a marking material to the line; and a step of measuring a travel time of the material moves.
