PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt extrusion composition with a drug which is not deactivated due to heat or the like by being hot-melt extruded at a temperature lower than that in a conventional manner, and a method for producing a hot-melt extrudate capable of more simply providing the hot-melt extrudate than a spray dry method.SOLUTION: A hot-melt extrusion composition comprises at least hypromellose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) with 0.40 or more of molar substitution degree for the hydroxypropoxy group and a drug. A method for producing a hot-melt extrudate comprises at least a step of hot-melting and extruding the hot-melt extrusion composition comprising at least the HPMCAS with 0.40 or more of molar substitution degree for the hydroxypropoxy group and the drug, at a hot-melt temperature equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the HPMCAS, or at a hot-melt temperature equal to or higher than the temperature at which both of the HPMCAS and the drug become molten. |
