The present invention relates to an acaricide containing a camphor tree extract as an active ingredient. The camphor tree extract of the present invention is effective for killing mites and has the advantage of a natural origin material. Accordingly, there is a remarkable effect of providing a naturally originated acaricide which does not cause worries of an environmental contamination and harms to humans and animals with an excessive use of organic synthetic agricultural chemicals.
