The present invention relates to a composition which can be simultaneously used as an adhesive and a joint filler for a tile of a reinforced concrete water tank, and a method for producing the same. According to the composition of the present invention, 25-40 wt% of silica having a 60-100 mesh size, 3-10 wt% of powder resin, 0.5-1.2 wt% of an antimicrobial, 35-45 wt% of white cement having a 200-400 mesh size, 1-2.5 wt% of a hydrophobic additive, 0.3-1.5 wt% of a viscosity improving agent, 1-5 wt% of a cellulose fiber, and 1-5 wt% of a hardening promoting agent are mixed. 25-35 parts by weight of water is further mixed and agitated, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixture, thereby ensuring excellent adhesion, water repellency, flexibility, and antibacterial properties. |
