摘要 The present invention relates to a porridge having Inonotus obliquus mycelia rice and a preparing method thereof. More particularly, the invention relates to a method for preparing a porridge that shows excellent sensory attributes and quality wherein the porridge is added with Inonotus obliquus mycelia rice having a useful physiological activity in the process of preparing the porridge, and also, to a porridge prepared by the method. The porridge of the present invention is prepared by adding Inonotus obliquus mycelia rice having a physiological activity capable of enhancing immunity, promoting anti-cancer effects, and improving liver functions. The porridge prepared by the method and having Inonotus obliquus mycelia rice maintains physical characteristics unique to porridge, shows excellent sensual attributes and quality, and has a variety of physiological activities attributable to Inonotus obliquus mycelia rice and chicken. Accordingly, the invention can be used as a health functional food.
