<p>The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the device is capable of increasing the efficiency of image quality improvement and reducing the size and bezel area of a display panel by improving a pattern structure of driving voltage supply lines formed in an image non-display area when designing and manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode display panel of a chip-on-glass structure. The organic light-emitting diode display device comprises: an image display unit for displaying an image by including a plurality of pixel areas; at least one gate driving unit for driving gate lines and light-emitting control lines of the image display unit; a data driving unit for converting external image data into analog image signals to be supplied to data lines of the image display unit through a plurality of data link lines; and a compensation power line and a first and a second power line for respectively supplying a compensation reference voltage and a first and a second power signal, which are supplied from the outside, to each of the pixel areas, wherein the compensation power line supplies the compensation reference voltage to each pixel area by being configured not to be overlapped with the data link lines.</p> |
