PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which achieves stable characteristics by conforming characteristics of light emitting elements mounted in the light emitting device and emitting light of different colors by using a wavelength conversion member.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 100 comprises: a base substance; a first light emitting element 21 and a second light emitting element 22 which are arranged on the base substance; a first translucent member 31 provided on a top face of the first light emitting element 21; a second translucent member 32 provided on a top face of the second light emitting element 22; and a light shielding member 40 which covers lateral faces of the first and second light emitting elements 21, 22 and lateral faces of the first and second translucent members 31, 32. In particular, the first and second light emitting elements 21, 22 are light emitting elements which emit blue light. The first translucent member 31 does not include a wavelength conversion member and the second translucent member 32 includes the wavelength conversion member. |
