The present invention relates to a refrigerator and, more specifically, to a refrigerator which can use a storage chamber by converting into a cooling chamber or a freezing chamber. The refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body including a first storage chamber and a second storage chamber inside; a cool air generation unit including an evaporator supplying cool air to the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber; and a duct unit dividing the first storage chamber into a front storage space and a back cool air generation chamber including the evaporator, and guiding the cool air to the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber respectively, wherein the duct unit comprises a first discharge flow path guiding cool air to the first storage chamber; a second discharge flow path guiding cool air to the second storage chamber; and an opening and closing lever opening and closing the first discharge flow path, wherein the second discharge flow path guides the cool air to the second storage chamber regardless of opening and closing of the first discharge flow path.
