The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for processing data through a periodic system analysis in an energy management system (EMS) field. The apparatus for processing the system analysis data according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a topology processing unit which obtains data including circuit breaker information from a supervisory control and data acquisition system and at least one system analyzing unit which stores the data for estimating a state about the data outputted from the topology processing unit and processes the stored data according to a preset period. The system analyzing unit is classified into at least one data processing group according to a data processing period.
