The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a cluster communication application server, an evolved node base station (eNB), a system, and a resource allocation method, capable of solving the problem that, because of restricted admission control of an eNB caused by each user equipment (UE) being allocated a session resource, the UE cannot engage in cluster communication and cell access of other UE is affected. The method comprises: receiving a floor request transmitted by a UE, where the floor request carries a group ID and a cell ID of where the UE is located; determining, on the basis of a first mapping table, whether or not a session resource is allocated to a session object jointly determined by the group ID of where the UE is located and by the cell ID of where the UE is located, where the first mapping table is used for describing session resource allocation states of each group in each cell; and, if no session resource is allocated to the session object jointly determined by the group ID and the cell ID of where the UE is located, then transmitting to an eNB a resource allocation request. The present invention is primarily applicable in a process of terminal communication. |
