<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device capable of stably supplying liquid by suppressing pressure fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: Ink is fed to a supply pump 26 and supplied from an ink tank 20 via a damper device 100 to an inkjet head 16. Ink pressure is detected by a pressure sensor 30, and the supply pump 26 is controlled to make the pressure constant. The damper device 100 is formed to be able to switch the damping capacity by expanding/contracting a volume of an air chamber. While discharging ink from the inkjet head 16, the damping capacity of the damper device 100 is decreased for suppressing the pressure fluctuation caused by ink discharge. On the other hand, while not discharging ink, the damping capacity is increased for suppressing pulsation caused by liquid feeding of the supply pump 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
