PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module capable of capturing an image in which a part of an imaging area is intentionally blurred with a simple configuration requiring low manufacturing costs. ! SOLUTION: A camera module 2 includes an imaging optical system 5, an OIS7 which is a camera shake correction device, and a solid-state imaging device 6. The imaging optical system 5 incorporates a correcting lens. The camera shake correction device includes a lens drive control section 13. The lens drive control section 13 controls driving of the correcting lens according to a camera-shake amount when capturing a subject image. The lens drive control section 13 controls driving of the correcting lens according to a camera-shake amount in a first control. The lens drive control section 13 controls driving of the correcting lens to bring a first area into focus and a second area out of focus in a second control.
