PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire with improved rolling resistance performance without sacrificing wet performance or wear resistance. ! SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 1 has a carcass 6 reaching a bead part 4 from a tread part 2 through a sidewall part 3, and a belt layer 7 which is arranged outside the carcass 6 in a tire radial direction and inside the tread part 2. The sidewall part 3 has a first layer 31 comprising a rubber which is arranged outside the carcass 6 in a tire axial direction and a second layer 32 which is arranged outside the first layer 31 in the tire axial direction and comprises a material having a thermal conductivity lower than that of the first layer 31.
