摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft magnetic metal fine particles which have high magnetic permeability and small magnetic loss in a high frequency region. ! SOLUTION: The present invention is the soft magnetic metal fine particles having a core-shell structure which are characterized by coating the surface of a magnetic nanoparticle powder containing either Fe or an FeCo-based alloy with a phosphonic acid derivative. The average particle size distribution of the magnetic nanoparticle powder is preferably 20-100 nm inclusive. The phosphonic acid derivative preferably has a phosphoric acid equivalent of 1,000 or more. The soft magnetic metal fine particles of the present invention preferably exhibit an oxidation initiation temperature under atmospheric pressure of 170°C or higher.
