System(s) and method(s) for identification of vascular deformation are described. In one embodiment, the system (100) includes a vascular deformation identification device (110) for identification of vascular deformation inside a blood vessel of a subject. The vascular deformation device (110) includes a particle tracking module (122) configured to determine velocity components of a biosensor (102) provided inside the blood vessel of the subject. Further, the vascular deformation device (110) includes a flow statistics calculation module (124) configured to determine a value of flow property associated with the movement of the biosensor (102) based on the velocity components, where the value of the flow property is indicative of the vascular deformation.
