A phenoxypropanol derivative having the structure of Chemical Formula I, and a racemate thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate thereof and a hydrate thereof. wherein * represents an (R)-form or an (S)-form, X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and halogen, and n represents the number of X and an integer of 1 to 5, wherein at least a hydrogen is substituted with halogen in the substituted linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R is selected from the group consisting of compounds of the following Chemical Formulae II to VI, R1 is a substituent binding to carbon of the phenyl group, and one or two thereof may exist, and may be each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, of which one or more hydrogens are substituted with, R2 may be each independently selected from the group consisting of straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, and one or two thereof may exist, R3 is a substituent binding to carbon of the phenyl group, and one or two thereof may exist, and may be each independently one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, of which one or more hydrogens are substituted with halogen, and halogen, R4 may be selected from the group consisting of alkylbenzyl wherein alkyl is straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkylbenzyl in which one or more hydrogens of the alkyl group are substituted with halogen wherein alkyl is straight or branched alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, Y may be selected from the group consisting of morpholine, piperidine, pyrrolidine, alkoxy phenyl (wherein alkoxy is selected from alkyl groups having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, e.g., methoxy phenyl, etc), hydroxyphenyl, hydroxyphenoxy, difluoro, and hydroxy. |
