A mobile card payment system using a complex card reader, of the present invention, allows various cards to be received and used, and is characterized by comprising: a mobile terminal which receives payment information through a key input unit to thus encrypt the payment information by means of an encryption module and transmit the encrypted payment information to a complex card reader, receives card information from the complex card reader and receives a password to thus encrypt and transmit the password to a transactions mediating system so that the password can be verified, and receives a password verification result from the transactions mediating system to thus transmit the password verification result to the complex card reader, and which, after receiving encrypted card processing result information from the complex card reader to thus decipher the encrypted card processing result information, generates and encrypts payment processing command information on the basis of the card processing result information to thus transmit the payment processing command information to the transactions mediating system, and after receiving a payment processing result from the transactions mediating system, deciphers the payment processing result by means of the encryption module to thus output the payment processing result through a display unit; a complex card reader which receives and deciphers the payment information encrypted and transmitted from the mobile terminal, receives and encrypts the card information through a card and a card module to transmit the card information to the mobile terminal, and which, after receiving the password verification result information from the mobile terminal, generates and encrypts the card processing result information on the basis of the card information to thus transmit the card processing result information to the mobile terminal; and a transactions mediating system which, after receiving the card information and the password from the mobile terminal to thus verify the password, encrypts and transmits the password verification result information to the mobile terminal, performs a card payment after receiving the payment processing command information from the mobile terminal to thus decipher the payment processing command information, and encrypts and then transmits the payment processing result to the mobile terminal.
