PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a toilet-washing tool which is easy to use and convenient. SOLUTION: The tip of core material 2 consisting of round bars is cut diagonally at about 45 deg. to form a cutting face 2a and the other tip of the core material 2 is straightly cut leaving some portion from the terminal end of the cutting face 2a so that the cutting face becomes horizontal. To the tip of a handle main body 1, the core material 2 is fixed or detachably fitted so that the cutting face 2a crosses the axis of the handle main body orthonally or obliquely at a little acute angle. A washing part 5 covered with nylon scrubbing brushes 3a, 3b having proper thickness is provided at the core material 2.
