<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a product quality by dispensing with a clutch mechanism which is a component whose frequency in occurrence of failure is highest among components constituting an electric operator. <P>SOLUTION: An electric operator 26 causes undulation operation on an undulation blade of a grounding apparatus for an isolator. A drive motor unit 40 is integrated with a motor part 43 equipped with a torque motor which is an AC motor as well as a speed reduction unit part 44. Relating to a torque characteristic against a rotational speed of the torque motor, a maximum torque is outputted in a low speed rotation range, and the maximum torque is set to be such a value as not to damage the isolator or the grounding apparatus for the isolator, to eliminate the need for the crutch mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
