The present invention relates to a transparent oil gel type cosmetic composition comprising: 1-10 wt% of polyglyceryl-10 stearate; 1-5 wt% of an anionic surfactant, 1-10 wt% of PEG-8 stearate, 1-10 wt% of ethanol, 1-20 wt% of polyol, and 1-50 wt% of oil. According to the present invention, a transparent oil gel type cosmetic composition with a very small-sized particle has significantly improved absorptivity and moisturing ability. In particular, a transparent sun gel comprising ultraviolet light blocking oil as a transparent gel with a small particle can be effectively used in the field.
