PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device suitable for suppressing occurrence of shading. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a solid-state imaging device comprising an imaging region. A plurality of pixels are two-dimensionally disposed in the imaging region. The plurality of pixels include first pixels and second pixels. The first pixels are disposed in the vicinity of a center of the imaging region. The second pixels are disposed at positions farther from the center of the imaging region than those of the first pixels. The first pixel has a first micro-lens. The first micro-lens has a circular shape in plan view. The second pixel has a second micro-lens. The second micro-lens has an elliptical shape in plan view.
