The present invention relates to a method for preparing a yellow 139 mill base for a color filter having a high contrast ratio, and more particularly, to a pigment mixture which can maximize a contrast ratio and luminance when applied to a color filter by adding both a specific derivative and an additive to an eco-friendly pigment which has superior color reproducibility and tinting strength, to a processed pigment prepared from the pigment mixture, and to a mill base for a color filter comprising the processed pigment. The present invention provides a pigment mixture comprising: (A) a pigment represented by chemical formula 1; (B) a pigment derivative represented by chemical formula 2; (C) a polyester dispersant as an additive, whose amine value is 5-20 mgKOH/g and acid value is 10-20 mgKOH/g; (D) a salt (NaCl); and (E) a solvent. In the chemical formula 2, X^1-X^8 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, and n is 0.5-5.
