An electrode structure and a preparation method, an array substrate and a preparation method, and a display device. The electrode structure comprises an introduction electrode (6) and a body electrode (2). A first isolating layer (5) and a second isolating layer (4) are disposed between the introduction electrode (6) and the body electrode (2). A first through hole (51) is formed in the first isolating layer (5), a second through hole (41) is formed in the second isolating layer (41), and a hole axis of the first through hole (51) and a hole axis of the second through hole (41) are located on a same straight line. The introduction electrode (6) is electrically connected with the body electrode (2) through the first through hole (51) and the second through hole (41) in sequence. The diameter of the first through hole (51) is smaller than that of the second through hole (41). The first isolating layer (5) extends to cover the hole wall of the second through hole (41). According to the electrode structure, the hole wall of the second through hole (41) in the second isolating layer (4) is completely covered with the first isolating layer (5), so that the hole wall of the second through hole (41) in the second isolating layer (4) is not damaged, to implement a good electric connection between the introduction electrode (6) and the body electrode (2), thereby ensuring normal introduction of signals. |
