X and Y are each independently N or CH; R1 is C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 haloalkyl; R2 is H, C1-C4 alkyl, or halogen; and R3 is H, C1-C4 alkyl, aryl, or —(CH2)n-aryl, in which n is 1, 2, or 3; with the proviso that if X and Y are both CH, and R3 is H, then R2 is not C1-C4 alkyl;or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof.
