The present invention relates to a jelly roll-type electrode assembly with an active material pattern-coated thereon, which is manufactured so as to wind and compress a separation film, a negative electrode plate, and a positive electrode plate, the negative electrode plate and the positive electrode plate being disposed on both surfaces of the separation film, wherein: the negative electrode plate is configured such that a coated flat portion of the negative electrode plate, on which a negative active material is coated, and an uncoated curved portion of the negative electrode plate, on which a negative active material is not coated, are alternately formed; and the positive electrode plate is configured such that a coated flat portion of the positive electrode plate, on which a positive active material is coated, and an uncoated curved portion of the positive electrode plate, on which a positive active material is not coated, are alternately formed. |
