PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent hardly increasing cohesive force before and after long term storage and hardly reducing adhesive force even when using neutral paper as a surface base material of a re-detachable adhesive sheet. ! SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous re-detachable adhesive agent containing (A) acrylic particles having D50 average particle diameter of 20 to 60 μm and (B) acrylic particles having D50 average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.6 μm and (B) the acrylic particles is manufactured by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a carboxyl group-containing monomer, a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and other monomers in a presence of alkali metal salt of oxyacid (D) and alkali metal salt of polyphosphoric acid (E), an anionic reactive emulsifier (F) and a nonionic nonreactive emulsifier (G) having the repeating number of an ethylene oxide unit of 7 to 20. !
