PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar light power generation system arranged to allow light necessary for growth of an agricultural and horticultural crop to pass therethrough, to efficiently utilize excessive light for solar light power generation, and to be able to suppress the rise in the temperature inside an agricultural and horticultural house; and an agricultural and horticultural house including such a solar light power generation system.SOLUTION: A solar light power generation system comprises: (A)a light-collection part; (B)a double-sided power generation module; and (C)an infrared light reflection member. In the solar light power generation system, (C)the infrared light reflection member has (D)an infrared light reflectance of 30% or more; and (E)visible light transmittance of 50% or more; at least part of light having passed through (A)the light-collection part (A) is incident on (C) the infrared light reflection member; and (G) at least part of infrared light reflected by (C)the infrared light reflection member is incident on (B)the double-sided power generation module. |
