The present invention relates to a control system for hybrid power system in independent type applied in a remote region or island area and an operating method thereof and provides a configuration method considering economic feasibility through the minimization of initial investment costs and system operating and controlling techniques. In the case of designing the independence-type power supply system only with sunlight, wind power, and storage system, a level of dependence on a diesel generator can be lowered whereas the excessive investment costs for new and renewable power supply and storage battery make it economically infeasible. Therefore, properly driving the diesel generator can reduce the initial investment costs and charging and discharging driving and isolated driving of a capacitor storing device capable of operation in conjunction with the diesel generator can maximize operation rate and utilization rate of the system. System synchronizing and cut off are randomly performed without a switchover process especially when driving the diesel generator, thereby improving electric power quality. In addition, the present invention always drives the diesel generator at a high efficiency driving point and increases fuel efficiency. |
