METHOD FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIATION OF ADULT CELLS INTO INSULIN PRODUCING CELLS USING EXOSOME

The present invention relates to a composition for inducing a differentiation from an adult-derived cell including exosome into an insulin producing cell using an exosome, a method for inducing a differentiation from the adult-derived cell into the insulin producing cell using the medium composition, and a cell therapeutic agent for treating diabetes including the insulin producing cell produced thereby. According to the present invention, the exosome derived from a beta cell can effectively induce the differentiation from the adult-derived cell into the insulin producing cell, regardless of the origin. Accordingly, when inducing the differentiation into the insulin producing cell using the exosome, the present invention has advantages of being safe with an exclusion of a gene manipulation and inexpensive without a need of an expensive compound with no accurate electric generation or a growth factor, and of being processed in a short time, thereby minimizing a contamination or a modification of the cell which is problematic during an in-vitro operation. In addition, the beta cell-derived exosome-sensitized adult-derived cell, as the cell with an incomplete differentiation, can proliferate after being transplanted in the living body through the whole-body transplantation through a blood vessel, thereby being able to treat the diabetes with a small amount of the cell.
