The present invention relates to a syringe having a filter capable of filtering out foreign substances from an injection solution. The syringe includes a filter unit which is disposed on a cylinder and filters out foreign substances from an injection solution to discharge the filtered foreign substances, wherein the cylinder has a chamber for accommodating the injection solution and a plunger for introducing or discharging the injection solution by forward and backward operating thereof. Particularly, the filter unit comprises a body part in which two flow paths are formed to penetrate each other; a filter which is prepared in any one of the two flow paths; and a pair of membranes which is prepared to selectively block a first flow path and a second flow path according to a flow of the injection solution. |
