A cell management system is provided with: an automatic culture system (110) that is an automatic culture system (110) disposed in a cell culturing factory (100) and has automatic culture devices (20, 30) that automatically culture cells and a cell management unit (120) that manages information concerning the state of cells that are cultured; a storage unit (160) that stores the state of cells cultured by the automatic culture devices (20, 30); and an external computer (210) disposed at an ordering party (200). The automatic culture system (110) sends information about the state of cells being managed by the cell management unit to the storage unit (160) in real time. The external computer (210) has a display unit (211) that displays the information about the state of the cells stored in the storage unit (160) and an operating unit (212) for initiating orders of cells within the cell culturing factory (100). |
