An armrest lower (18) formed on a door trim (10) and an armrest upper (20) mounted on the upper part of the armrest lower (18) are linked by a clip (36). The clip (36) is provided with a strap part (40) inserted through a mounting hole (60) formed in the armrest lower (18), and an anchor part (42) formed at an end part of the strap part (40). When the armrest lower (18) is being affixed to the armrest upper (20), the anchor part (42) is able to pass through a large-width part (60A) of the mounting hole (60), and in a state in which the armrest lower (18) has been affixed to the armrest upper (20), the anchor part (42) is positioned so as to be incapable of passing through a small-width part (60B) of the mounting hole (60).
