PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body capable of efficiently generating power by utilizing external light.SOLUTION: A light guide body 4 includes: a first transparent layer 5; and a light functional material 8 dispersed into the inside of the first transparent layer 5. When a peak wavelength of an absorption spectrum of the light functional material 8 is defined as λ1, the peak wavelength of the light-emitting spectrum of the light functional material 8 is defined as λ2, a refraction index of the first transparent layer 5 in wavelength λ1 is defined as n1(λ1), and the refraction index of the first transparent layer 5 in wavelength λ2 is defined as n1(λ2), n1(λ1) and n1(λ2) satisfy a relationship of n1(λ1)<n1(λ2). |
