摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permeable module excellent in hydrogen permeability under high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen permeable module has a porous support and a hydrogen permeable membrane formed on the porous support. The hydrogen permeable membrane is formed with a hydrogen permeable copper alloy consisting of Cu, Pd and Al. In the alloy, when atom concentrations (at%) of Cu, Pd and Al are respectively denoted by [Cu], [Pd] and [Al], [Pd]/([Cu]+[Pd])=41 to 50% and [Al]/([Cu]+[Pd])=0.05 to 4.0% and a relation expressed by formulas: [Al]/([Cu]+[Pd])≤(2/9)×[Pd]/([Cu]+[Pd])-(64/9)% is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
