The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride based resin composition, which uses a mixture of acetyl tributyl citrate and dioctyl terephthalate as an eco-friendly plasticizer and accordingly hardly discharges volatile organic compounds while improving the speed of galling, thereby improving outstanding foaming, whiteness, heat stability, stability for ultra violet rays, low temperature property and weather resistance, and a manufactured molded article including the same.
