<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement point height providing system, measurement point height providing method, and measurement point height providing program for providing the height from the road surface to a feature by using three-dimensional locus information and three-dimensional point group data of a vehicle measured by a mobile mapping system (MMS).SOLUTION: The measurement point height providing system includes a data reading unit 22 that stores three-dimensional point group data 21a and three-dimensional locus information 21b measured by an MMS 10 in storage means 21, a traveling point determination unit 23, a slope determination unit 24, a horizontal plane measurement point height calculation unit 25 that stores three-dimensional point group data 21c with measurement point height in the storage means, and a slope measurement point height calculation unit 26, and determines the height of a travel point in the most vicinity of measurement points to calculate the accurate measurement point height of the measurement points from the three-dimensional point group data.</p> |
