According to the present invention, a certificating method using different types of networks is implemented through at least one server connected with two different terminals which a customer operates, and different types of communication networks. The server checks a customer identifier transmitted through a first communication network from a customer terminal which the customer uses, checks authentication information generated through a program in the mobile terminal which the customer carries corresponding to the customer identifier, and transmitted through a second communication network, and provides the checked authentication information to a server (1) having a request unit which requests the authentication information, an approval unit which certificates the authentication information, or a transaction unit which provides transactions using the authentication information. The authentication information includes information generated by processing information extracted from a chip and information extracted from a memory, or changing the structure through the program of the mobile terminal before transmitting the information extracted from the chip of a card which the customer has through a reader in the mobile terminal, or the information extracted from the memory. |
