<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair or scalp cosmetic composition having effects of dehairing prevention and hair growth promotion by promoting induction of hair cycle from resting phase to growth phase and keeping the growth phase of the hair cycle for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This hair or scalp cosmetic composition contains (i) zinc pyrithione, (ii) panthenol and (iii) at least one selected from the group consisting of salicylic acid, nicotinamide and Thujae Semen extract as active ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
