PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently controlling foam generated when a molten material encounters decompression in a vacuum chamber.SOLUTION: When the molten material inflows in the refining chamber 24 thorough an inclined conduit tube 28, bubbles in the molten material are integrated on a surface of the conduit tube 28, and when the molten material passes in a maturation area in the refining chamber 24, the bubbles are aggregated in an apex 100 of the conduit tube 28, a size of the bubble is increased, the molten material is flown out from between bubbles of foam, and flown-out bubbles of foam of the molten material are broken. |
