The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooking a fast food, comprising: a cool water tank (11) for storing a cooking water (W), a rapid heating part (12) for rapidly heating the cooking water (W) supplied from the cool water tank (11); a solenoid valve (13) for regulating the supplied amount of the cooking water (W) which has gone through the rapid heating part (12); and a tag reading part (34) for reading tag information (T) attached on the packing paper of a fast food, thereby reading tag information to determine the type of a fast food, regulating the amount of a cooking water and the heating time therefor according to the type of a fast food and cooking the fast food, and rapidly heating and supplying the cooking water to eliminate the need for an additional hot water storage tank and thus ensure safer and cleaner cooking. Also, the present invention comprises a display panel which can display advertising videos when cooking. |
