PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl ether-based resin composition capable of obtaining a photocurable composition having excellent elongation property and flexibility.SOLUTION: A vinyl ether-based resin composition comprises one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of compounds having a vinyl ether group at both terminals which have an ester skeleton having 4 or more carbon atoms in the repeating unit in the main chain, an ether skeleton having 4 or more carbon atoms or a carbonate skeleton (carbonate diester skeleton) having 4 or more carbon atoms and an urethane skeleton, a thiol compound and a photo-radical generator. The photocurable composition is obtained by the ene-thiol reaction of the compound having a vinyl ether group and the thiol compound.
