PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form identification system capable of reducing communication traffic on a network and reducing the load of data processing on the management server side.SOLUTION: A business form identification system of an embodiment includes a client terminal and a management server which are connected via a network. The client terminal includes an image acquisition unit, a feature point information extraction unit, and a transmission unit. The image acquisition unit obtains an image of a business form. The feature point information extraction unit extracts the feature point of the business form as feature point information from the obtained image. The transmission unit transmits the extracted feature point information. The management server includes a reception unit and an identification processing unit. The reception unit receives the transmitted feature point information. The identification processing unit performs identification processing of the type of the business form on the basis of the received feature point information.
