FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a toothed belt and to the method of its manufacturing. The toothed belt (10) includes a belt base (13) with a toothed rubber part (11) and a reverse rubber part (12). Surface of the toothed rubber part (11) is covered by coating fabric (20). The coating fabric (20) is treated by RFL-composition and has the outer surface (21) covered by hardened material from the first epoxy resin. Softening temperature of the hardened material from the first epoxy resin amounts to, for example, 110°C or more. Epoxy equivalent of the first epoxy resin amounts to, for example, from 100 to 1500 g/eq. The alternative version implies that the coating fabric (20) is impregnated by processing composition including the second epoxy resin, a hardener to harden the second epoxy resin and a rubber component.EFFECT: better durability of a belt.22 cl, 15 dwg |
