PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing apparatus and a program, which enable settings when printing and reading a document more easily compared to the case of not adopting the present configuration.SOLUTION: A first terminal 20 includes setup means 241 for correlating a field contained in a template of a document 100 with data related to a target person inserted into the field, setting as to which of insertion, reading, and insertion-and-reading a field sets as a target, and storing the correlation and setting, as attribute information of the field, in a storage part 400 of a file server 40. |
