<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a composite superfine particle which is easy in preparation of raw materials and enables production of a composite superfine particle in a high yield by a safe and simple method.SOLUTION: A method of producing a composite superfine particle is based on producing a composite superfine particle containing a metal and an oxygen-containing compound by using a production apparatus 10 equipped with a heating furnace 13 and a combustion burner 12 provided in the heating furnace 13 so as to form flame. The burner flame formed by the combustion burner 12 is reductive flame, and a powder raw material comprising two or more raw material ingredients are charged into the burner flame 12, heated to vaporize the raw material ingredients and solidified in the heating furnace 13 to obtain a composite superfine particle.</p> |
