<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision device useful for a user providing information and a user receiving information provided, an information provision method, and a program.SOLUTION: The information provision device comprises first storage means, second storage means, display processing means, provision means, third storage means, and billing information creation means. The display processing means displays content stored in the second storage means. The provision means provides information generated in response to operation of a first user who refers to content displayed, for a second user. The billing information creation means creates billing information showing compensation to be paid from the second user to the first user, on the basis of a price included in lecturer information stored in the first storage means and an operation log showing operation content of the first user stored in the third storage means.</p> |
